The Fountain

This classic practice harmonizes the body’s symmetry and joint mobility by syncing fluid, circular motions with natural breathing. Practitioners are encouraged to move with intuitive, infant-like ease, maintaining an upright posture while limiting physical exertion to 70 percent of their maximum range. By prioritizing internal relaxation over deep stretching, the exercise effectively dissolves tension and integrates the upper and lower body.

Raising the Power

This exercise unifies the upper and lower body through synchronized limb movements that enhance the strength and pliability of the spine and legs. By constantly shifting the arms' position, it tests physical stability and draws attention to any imbalances between the body's left and right sides. To ensure safety, practitioners should maintain an upright posture and move within a comfortable range of motion, avoiding joint strain or overextension.

Wave Hands Like Clouds

This exercise cultivates total-body harmony by linking the legs and waist with fluid, circular arm movements that encourage circulation and balance. Practitioners should move with a seamless, wave-like continuity, maintaining an upright posture and relaxed shoulders to ensure the body feels light and unburdened. By visualizing the limbs as soft brushes, you can refine your internal awareness and integrate the entire torso into a rhythmic, effortless flow.
